Returns
We offer a 7 day return period if you have changed your mind.
Returns must be in original packaging and original condition, we cannot accept returns on any items that have been personalised.
To start a return you must contact us at sales@northeastcraftblanks.co.uk
If your return is accepted, we'll send you information on how to send your return back to us. Any items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You have 7 days to send the item back to us.
Once your item has reached us and has been inspected and processed, we will contact you to offer a store credit or begin the refund process back to your original payment method, subject to a 5% restocking fee.
Sale items, gift cards, made to measure
or personalised items cannot be returned or refunded.
Damaged or missing items: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours if any items are defective, damaged, missing or you have received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Issues reported after 24 hours may not be able to be rectified.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
